EWS Leads is a UK lead generation service. We connect homeowners with local air conditioning installers who may be able to provide quotes for their services.
EWS Leads does not carry out any air conditioning installations or related works.
2. Our Role
- EWS Leads is not an installer and does not provide installation, repair or maintenance services.
- Any installer you are connected with is an independent business, not an employee, partner or agent of EWS Leads.
- We do not recommend or endorse any particular installer. We simply introduce you to installers who may be able to help.
3. Quotes, Prices and Contracts
- All quotes, prices and terms for any work are agreed directly between you and the installer.
- EWS Leads is not a party to any contract between you and an installer.
- You are responsible for checking the installer’s qualifications, insurance, references and suitability before agreeing to any work.
4. Responsibility for Work
The installer is solely responsible for the quality, safety, timing and completion of any work they carry out. EWS Leads is not responsible for:
- The standard or outcome of any installation or related work
- Any delays, cancellations or failures to carry out work
- Any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from work carried out (or not carried out) by an installer.
Any issues, complaints or disputes about the work must be taken up directly with the installer.
5. Use of Our Website and Service
When you use our website or submit your details to request quotes, you agree that:
- You will provide accurate and truthful information.
- You will only use our service for lawful purposes.
- You will not misuse the website (for example, by attempting to hack, scrape or overload it).
We may suspend or stop providing our service if we believe you are misusing it or breaking these Terms.

- You will receive any quotes from installers; or
- Any installer will agree to carry out work for you.
Installers may decide whether or not to contact you or provide a quote.
